Iditarod Start

Today was the start of the Iditarod.  It was a long day but a GREAT day!  We began wearly this morning when it was -1 degrees and ended at 5 pm tonight when it was 9 degrees (a heat wave)...lol.  Enjoy the pictures.  Look for the "booties" on the dogs, a Jamican musher and just beautiful pictures.

The Anchorage Police Department started the race on snow mobiles!
