Labor Day in Alaska

Hello everyone!

Well Labor Day in Alaska was great.  We went for a ride down toward Seward, Alaska.  It is a beautiful drive along the coast in what is called the Turnagin Arm.  We went through the Chugach National Forest and went to the Conservation Center.  They have wild animals that are either being rehabilitated or will live out their life on the center.  These animals are in the wild but are fenced from humans.  We saw black and brown bear, elk, caribou, bison, moose, and coyotes.  We took pictures and will post some later this week.

While driving we stopped along the sides of the road and looked at the amazing sites.  While doing this we saw a large pod of Beluga Whales and Sperm Whales.  We also saw several black bear and two mountain goats.  It was an absolutely beautiful day here in Alaska.

Off to work tomorrow!!!!  Until next time....good night!
